Harmonic Analysis Departments

I am looking for departments that have good and a good amount of harmonic analysts. The searching process is taking me lot, since PURE harmonic analysis seems to be quite rare.

I can't attest to the quality, but Louisiana State seemed to have a large Harmonic Analysis group.

UMD has a special center for harmonic analysis. I heard that its easier to get funding there for harmonic analysis than it is for other areas. Here is a link
