Sending transcripts before submitting online application.

A few weeks ago I sent a few of my transcripts to schools requiring them.

I did this after opening up the applications online, but before officially submitting the online applications due to the fact that I hadn't finished them.

Is this okay, or do you think I would need the transcripts resent?

I'm pretty sure that should be OK, but if you're worried you can always email the graduate program secretary and ask if your file is complete (at least after submitting your application).

The math secretary, if you did not send them to that person, may be unaware of your transcripts' receipt. Even though you sent them before you finished your application, the admissions office still would have uploaded them to your incomplete account. I work in Institutional Research, and we can see if you've started an application even if you have not finished it.
