Is there any testing center in UZB?

Can you help me to find some GRE testin center in Uzbekistan? I looked for it through internet, however, still can't find any information.

I also don't know how many times a year are GRE tests organized?
SO, what is the best way to take the exam in shorter time and without much disturbance in Uzbekistan, or is there any center in neighbouring countries?

According to the official test center list on the gre.org there is a paper-based test center in Tashkent.
