Is 70th Percentile good for master's program in pure math?

My undergrad major was not mathematics. I made it clear in my statement of purpose that I had not taken complex analysis, topology, or algebra. I scored a 70th percentile on the mathematics GRE and I'm applying to NYU's master's program which does not require the subject test GRE. Would it be better to submit or omit my score?

I was just accepted into the pure math Ph.D. program at UIUC with six years of full funding after bombing the math GRE with a 540 (21%). However, I have a strong background in math as far as coursework and research is concerned. If anything, I think your score would emphasize your ability to perform fairly well despite limited coursework. However, it is obvious from my GRE experience that I'm probably not the best person to be offering advice.

70% is definitely worth submitting, especially when your B.A. or B.Sc. is not in math.
