text book to review

Post by selcuk2459 » Tue Mar 26, 2013 2:58 am

i will be returning to study mathematics after one year phd in economics. so, can you advise any nice and concise book (not very long) for advanced calculus and abstract algebra to review the past topics. for real analysis, i am thinking to study rudin's book.

I have heard great things about this book:

http://www.amazon.com/All-Mathematics-Y ... 0521797071

Although supposedly there are some typos.
