Dealing with the stress of graduate school

My PHD in pure math starts this fall. I am very scared. Do you have tips about how to deal with the stress of graduate school.

My plan is time management. Setting time aside to de-stress (however you do that) seems like the second most important thing (after not sacrificing sleep). I saw a bunch of grad students at my undergrad who would never say no to anything. While being available to students is important, you have your own stuff to do too. And getting enough sleep always makes me feel like a superhero. Without it, everything is so much harder.

If I am taking three graduate courses a semester and have 20 hours of TA job a week, how much time am I supposed to spend on each graduate course? How that time should be divided between reviewing lectures and working on homework assignments?

My GRE subject score is in the 76th percentile, it is the score of last november.
