Realistic chances... let me have a look at my mathematicrystal ball... I see... Harvard: 0.465... MIT: 0.634... Stanford: 0.295... and the like: 0.784...

I know you'd love to hear those numbers, but as anybody will tell you, NOBODY can tell your chances. Now with

I can get 3 very strong letters of recommendation from faculty (who are well known in their fields).
Worked as a Teaching assistant and grader 2-semesters.
+the fact that you're 14yo and American, you shouldn't worry. Best ingredients are good research+publication+recommendation.
