Does RPI math applied have a well known reputation???

i am currently, rpi student. I am deciding that whether I should transfer to other school like NYU or University of Michigan because I will apply to phd program in senior year.
Does RPI applied have a strong reputation enough, so i will be a potential candidate for top graduate school??
