i got very low score 460 in April 09 Test. is there any hope to get admission in University of Toronto or Rutgers or some where else for masters in mathematics

I get 690 score 64 %. For me that is ok. But 460 is really low try to do the test again.

Try to see the test from another point of view. To find the solutions of the problems never takes that long. Try to find short cuts. You don't solve those problems using regular math, you have to think a little higher.
