School Specific Section/Paragraph in the SoP

So what does everyone say in the school specific paragraph/section of their SoP?

How much do they write?

My paragraph has included why I want to go to graduate school, why I want to go to that specific graduate school, what I want to study, and whom I want to study with.

hmmm, for the most part I didn't do a school specific paragraph. I made an exception for schools that specifically requested it, or in a couple cases I was somewhat familiar with a professor's research and I could make semi-intelligent commentary on it and how it related to my research interests. I figured if the school didn't specifically request it, it wasn't worth doing a paragraph about why I want to go to school xxx if I didn't have any legitimate reason for why it's a better fit for me than any number of other schools. I'm not sure if this was a good idea though, it may show a signal of disinterest.
