Last year U Washington applied math had a Feb1 deadline.

UW-Seattle's deadline is Jan 1 this year, at least for Math Dept
Also Delaware & UConn has a deadline of Feb 1

UT Knoxville recommends materials are sent by February 1st for domestic students

UT Knoxville, Feb 1. Also, UMD AMSC is on the same day, though they said special attention would be given to those received before Jan 10.

Massachusetts-Amherst has a Feb. 1 deadline. They also consider late applications, though.

University of Houston - March 15 for TA
University of Alberta has deadline very very late for funding, but you have to submit ALL materials (including recs) by mail.
South Carolina does rolling admissions, no deadline for funding.
