Absolutely not. GRE score would be out in a month, but applications are not due until mid December or early Jan.

Some schools have deadlines in the first few days of December. If any of the schools you have chosen have deadlines that early, you might want to prepare those ones so that you are ready to submit them after the scores are out. But most are mid December to mid January, which gives plenty of time.
