Hi! I have a question. Can I take a GRE Math test at 19 september and 24 october both?

Please take into account that you won't know your September score before the October test registration deadline.

You can still sign up and not show up if you did well in September (potentially wasting $150). Or you can show up as standby if need be for October, which isn't too hard (potentially wasting $50).
