Applied Mathematics schools

Hi,

I am looking for a list of good schools to apply for PhD in Applied Mathematics in California and Western Canada. Suggestions? Also, what is a good percentile range on GRE math subject test for Applied Mathematics?

You can use this great AMS tool to find PhD programs in Applied Mathematics in the US and Canada (I don't know anything about the GRE requirements though): http://www.ams.org/programs/students/fi ... fgp-search
