Hi all.
I have Bs and Ms degrees in pure mathematics from foreign universities. I did my thesis in topology. Unfortunately my undergrad GPA is the worst possible(12.28 out of 20). The graduate GPA is better (15.72 out of 20). I took the 19 sep 2015 gre subject math and my score was 690 (%58). Also gre general total score of 315(Q: 166, V:149). I haven't taken toefl ibt yet but I'm sure I will achieve above 95. Based on this information do I have any chance to get admission from any university in US. The rank is not important but it would be better if located in east coast specially New England. By admission I mean offering with TA. I already have a couple admission with no fund. I can not afford tuition and fee.

You definitely have a chance, but not at the top ranked ones. Check out University of Rhode Island.

Thank you for your response. I don't care about the rank by now. I asked from their graduate coordinator. Not response yet.
