I am an Indian student (female, if it helps) currently enrolled in final year of the Integrated MSc. Mathematics (Hons.) program at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. I am looking for my profile evaluation and recommendations for colleges to pursue a PhD at Pure Math.
Undergrad : BITS Pilani Hyderabad
Major : Mathematics
GPA : 8.6 on 10
Expecting around 50 percentile in MGRE.
General GRE : 322/340
1. Summer internship at BITS Goa on Group Actions and Representations.
2. Completed a project studying Representation theory from the text by J P Serre.
3. Another project studying the Hilbert operator on Sequence Spaces.
4. Completed SOPM at NISER Bhuwaneshwar where I studied advanced courses on Field theory, Number Theory and Probability Theory.
5. Currently the Teacher's Assistant for the course titled Number Theory.
Could someone suggest colleges that I could apply to? Thanks in advance
