How to Prepare for TOEFL

I know this is not the right place to ask questions regarding TOEFL but I have come to trust the advice I get here.
I am a Nigerian living in Nigeria and I am planning to take the TOEFL. I want to know if the test requires I sound like a native American speaker during the speaking session. Thanks.

I don't think so. I used a lot of the online resources to prepare the exam.
