Dear people,
I need some information on what "text books" can I refer to for preparing for MGRE next year.
The reason I ask is that my background is a bit unconventional. I graduated in Chemical Engineeering in 2006 where I did decent math courses. It's been quite some time, so I need to refresh my undergrad math knowledge properly.
I gave MGRE with a 3 month preparation in Oct 2016 by reading only Princeton review and doing a few practice tests. I ended up with 700. This time I want to do it properly by reading text books since I am targeting a top 25 school in applied mathematics. I didn't study Abstract Algebra, Number theory, Real Analysis and Complex Analysis during my undergrad.
Any feedback will be deeply appreciated. I aim to give my MGRE in Sep 2018, or Apr 2018 if I feel confident about my preparation
