Hi,

I admitted to the Masters program at GW. They offered me a Tuition Fellowship of $10,000 and a Global Initiatives Tuition Fellowship of $10,000 for 1 year.
There is no info about the program tuition. Does all of this total $20,000 go to the tuition or can I use some part of it for living expenses?
Does any one have an idea?

I was offered admission to their PhD program, but waitlisted for funding. Very odd. I have received offers from higher ranked schools and had never even heard of "waitlisted for funding."
