Cornell vs Wisconsin - Algebra

From the 2018 admissions thread, it looks like several people have been faced with this decision. What do you think of Cornell and Wisconsin for algebra, especially near algebraic geometry/topology and commutative algebra?

Both are great programs for Algebraic Geometry but Wisconsin is better. In terms of Category Theory and Homotopy Theory, Wisconsin is non-existent while Cornell has a few people.
