What to do with real bad scores?

Hey everyone,
I just saw my score, which might be laughed at by most of you, from the ETS website.
It's 620/61%, I was aiming at 80% since in most of the prep. test I scored around 72~78%, but I really screwed my real one due to the nervousness during the test.
So will this score do harm to my application if I use it?(Because one of my purposes of taking the GRE math is as a compensation for my bad academic record during my first three semesters of college, and kinda ironic that the test score is also bad), I think probably I will retake it in Nov, if I manage to score more than 80%, will I be considered as a "normal 80%" or my previous bad record will pull it back a little bit?
Thanks.
