Upenn AMCS phd

Am I the only one who still hasn't got any decision from Upenn AMCS program? I have sent numerous e-mails but got no response yet.

You might be on the waitlist I'm guessing. I got my rejection earlier last month! It's a very small department that graduates like 2-3 students a year, so I'm guessing they don't have much funding and have to limit how many people they accept.
