Programs not passing deadline?

I applied for some PhD programs for Fall, 2018 but I get a very bad result. Thus is there any programs that I can still apply for the following fall? I also consider master now, since maybe my failure comes from lack of grad class experience.

You don't get a very bad result and yet still want to apply more? Is that a typo?
