Solicitation email from Stanford

I recently received a solicitation email from Stanford that said “you are receiving this notification because you are among the top scoring GRE test takers...”, but I do not have my scores yet from the oct 27 test, and I have not taken the regular GRE. Is this just some automated message everyone gets or do they know my score already?

I got them too. And I took my GRE 2 years back. I think they just buy info of test takers from ETS and send automated messages.
