Deadlines

I know this is cutting it short, but if a deadline is say 12/15, must we get everything in before 12:00 on the 14th, or can we submit during the 15th as well?

I have everything done aside from the sections which require you to list all the textbooks used in upper level courses. My professor used multiple books along with his notes, so I'm waiting on him to help me out, however he said he might be too busy to be able to get that done tonight.
