Doubts about retaking the Subject Test...

I am preparing for retaking the GRE Math Sub these days, but I have some doubts about sending the scores.
I would like to use my new score for my application however I'm afraid that it would be too late if I wait until the score comes out, but if I decide to send the score to schools before the score is out, would ETS send my old score(which is not ideal) to the schools? How should I explain this to the admission committee?
