Hi!
I'm looking for Masters programs in pure math to apply to, with thesis option. I will already have a masters by the time I will apply but my GPA is low 7.6/10, and I know that I won't be able to get into good (pure) PhD programs based on that coupled with just alright LORs as my current thesis supervisor is not really interested in what I have to do. And so I thought, why not apply to masters program instead? Of course, I'll prefer programs that have an option to switch to PhD after the completion of masters and are funded, I've found one such program.
So, does anyone here have some suggestions for me? Based on my research, I've come across Bridge to PhD program in Penn (but that's way out of my league) and Minnesota Duluth.
Also, I've heard that there're some programs that don't even require any letters of recommendations, are you guys aware of any?
Thanks a bunch in advance!

Many of the CSU's and Cal Poly (Pomona and SLO) fit this desire of having pure math thesis option and no GRE requirement and no Letter of Recommendation requirement.
I am currently a Second year MS Student at CSULB, and I absolutely love the program. I did my undergrad at UCLA, and honestly the main differences were the student climate is much friendlier at CSULB, and the professors are better at teaching. Highly recommend this program, just be weary of some of the profs here as they can be hit or miss, but the ones that are good really blew me away.

Seconding this. CSU Northridge was a great experience on the pure side of things.
