I'm planning to apply to grad school for the Fall 2020 term. I want to know how I stand as an applicant and which schools would be realistic. Here's my profile:

Undergrad Institution: B.S. in mathematics from the American University of Sharjah (located in the United Arab Emirates)
GPA: 3.7 cumulative and close to 3.9-4.0 in math courses
Type of Student: US citizen but living in a foreign country (17 years in UAE)

GRE General Test: 166Q (89%), 159V (83%), and 4.0W (57%)
GRE Subject Test in Mathematics: 740 (67%)
TOEFL score: Will probably be waived

Programs applying to: Pure Math

Research Experience: Not much. I did write a senior thesis on estimating the eigenvalues of the Schrodinger operator.

Awards/Honors/Recognitions: Senior thesis reached "commended" status during the 2018 undergraduate awards.

Pertinent Activities: I was a grader

Miscellaneous points:
1) I have three professors who, at the drop of a hat, will give me a letter of recommendation.
2) I'm a huge reader of mathematical texts. I loved to read beyond what courses taught me.
3) I want to go into PDES and analysis for my research.

Important Info:
Being a dual citizen of the US and UAE, I've been forced into a mandatory military service program that lasts 16 months. Though I graduated Fall 2018, I've been conscripted since January 2019. Thankfully, I've managed to retain my knowledge. If everything goes smoothly, I should be able to attend fall 2020.
