Advanced Course List with Text and Description - Help!

A few of the schools I'm applying to are requesting a list of all the advanced math courses I have taken that includes the textbook and a description of the topics covered (among other things). Unfortunately I'm about 4 years out of undergrad and my college migrated their website that holds all the syllabuses so I no longer have access to that. What should I do?

How essential is a good description of this list? How should I find out about these courses? Some of them were one-off courses that aren't even in my college's course catalog and some of the professors have retired..

Any suggestions would be great, thank you!

You may have already done this, but I would contact the graduate admissions/committee directly and ask what they expect in your situation. You should also hesitate to contact your past professors to ask for course information if you need to.

This may or may not help, but I ran into the exact same issue as I am also about 4 years out of undergrad. I was lucky and able to find all of the info I needed using the Wayback Machine. You might give it a try and see if you are similarly lucky. https://web.archive.org/
