I'm just saying, but I have seen someone with ~45%ish mGRE score got accepted to Berkeley in the admissions results.

For top 10 schools, if you don't have an 80%+ mGRE, you need to have something else exceptional to get in. Outside of top 10, you score may look ok if other aspects of your applications are strong.
