Could you tell something about the Geometry research@CUNY?

I am applying the Ph.D program in CUNY, here's their faculty research interest page, and I have scanned the page but found little information

I'm applying there also as I want/need to live in the area. In general it isn't the type of school where you really need to know much about the professors to get in. It should be, if anything, a safety school for you.

The major plus is that it does not require the Math subject GRE.
