Stanford Recommender Issue

Has anyone successfully had recommenders submit letters to Stanford? One of my recommenders has told me it's not working - he's not able to submit. Any others with the same problem?

I'm having the same issue. It even says on their grad website that LORs should reach by 8th Dec. too. I'm already regretting submitting my application now.
