Wisc-Madison Math MA-FAS

Hi I am a newbie here. I just received an offer from Wisc-Madison Math MA-FAS programme. However, I cannot find any information from GradCafe or this site. And it seems that this programme has some partnership with many Chinese universities. Is there anyone from this programme or familiar with it? Could you share any info? Many thanks in advance!
