Algebra resources
Algebra resources
Hi guys. I just got my score back from the april exam and I got a 770. I was hoping for an 800 so I'm probably gonna retake it. Notably, I struggled most with the algebra (abstract, not so much linear) questions on the exam. I suspect that had I gotten a couple more of these questions correct I would have gotten an 800. I took an algebra course using Dummit and Foote a couple years ago but it looks like a daunting resource now for review purposes. Does anyone have any good algebra resources I can use to get better at GRE-type algebra problems?

Re: Algebra resources
Here are some resources that may be helpful; however, they may not be as specific as you desire. Both include algebra along with other material.
General Textbooks: https://marktomforde.com/academic/mathm ... tions.html
GRE Preparation: https://math.uchicago.edu/~min/GRE/
While I did not take the Math GRE due to COVID cancellations, I was studying for the algebra part using Gallian (textbook) and the Princeton Review (review book).

Did you take the Math GRE in the US this April? If so, would you mind sharing which state you took it in?
