When should I submit my application/mGRE score

I think I have almost everything ready except for the mGRE score for October one(while I have my September one ready). If I submit my application now do you think I will be able to update my mGRE score later on (before the deadline of course)?

The score should be out before 11/22/21 (https://www.ets.org/gre/subject/scores/get/), maybe just wait until you get the score? I think most application deadlines are after 11/30.
