Is there any graduate programs still accepting applicants? Maybe Spring term or summer term? If no school that I applied wants me, might as well apply for other schools if available.

If you don't want to limit your choice to programmes in the US, maybe try something in the UK, some schools in the UK, for example the Cardiff University and the University of St Andrews, are open for application all year round.
I think you can try to search for programmes in UK and see if there are programmes that are open for application and have projects you want to do.

Just wanted to see if there's any other schools accepting applications with funding included? I looked at NC State and their trans healthcare coverage is lacking. Not that NC is a great state for trans people, anyways
