They did not take many students last year.

For what it's worth, I emailed asking for updates last week and have not heard anything back. Not sure what's going on with Columbia now. Perhaps they'll release the rest of their results soon(TM).

I got the email too, but we are in applied math and the SEAS sent the email. They said they are still considering and don't contact them because no additional info is available.

I didn't email anyone it just popped up in my inbox yesterday morning. It came from the SEAS admissions office.
