I received Ph.D. offers from these two schools. I have a master's degree, majoring in harmonic analysis, and decide to read a Ph.D. in Geometry/Analysis further. BTW, I'm not decided to do harmonic analysis. Many of the professors in the two schools do well in academics (as seen from their publications), but I'm not so familiar with their research area. Indeed, few of them work on harmonic analysis. So I'm confused about where I should go (pure mathematics). Please let me know your thoughts.
