News about UCSD (PhD)

Has anyone got an offer from UCSD? I wrote several letters to them, inquiring about the application progress. However, I have not received any response so far. In addition, there are few updates on GradCafe. Is it possible to get admitted after April 15th? Should I give up on it right now? Thanks for any information.
