Program Suggestion for Optimal Transport?

Post by miserach » Mon Oct 30, 2023 12:31 pm

Hi all,

I am interested to know more about people working in areas of Optimal Transport. I know some people at UCLA, UWashington, and CMU working on the subject but I am having a hard time finding more. I think several big names in the fields are out of US, so I cannot consider those programs.

Check out Jun Kitagawa at Michigan State, Nestor Guillen at Texas State, and Katy Craig at UCSB. You can probably find more by looking at big names and their former students, postdocs, and collaborators. For example Jun Kitagawa was one of Robert McCann's postdocs. Nestor Guillen co-authored some well cited lecture notes with Robert, too.
