How to properly reject a PhD offer

I have 10 offers from different university. Today I decided with PhD program I’m going to attend.

How to I reject the offers from other Math PhD programs politely and showing that it was an honor to be consider.

Does anyone have a “templete” or something like that?

Some schools ask you to accept or decline the offer through their application portal. As for the email, keep it concise.

Here is a template:

Hello [name],

I am writing to inform you that I am declining your offer of admission to [program name] at [school]. I appreciate your consideration of my application.
