I'll be applying to mathematics PhD programs this fall, and I'm interested in specializing in complex analysis. What are some math departments that are especially active in complex analysis research? In particular, does anyone know of a good range of schools that I should apply to if I'm interested in complex analysis? What I mean by "range" is not just the usual top 5-10 math departments, but a variety of schools in the top 100.
Note: I'm a U.S. citizen and primarily interested in U.S. schools, but I'm open to hearing about non-U.S. schools too.
Thanks!
