Studying Strategies: How can one eliminate careless errors?

I'm sure many of you have tried analyzing your performance on practice tests to figure out what material you need to study. Many errors can be addressed by brushing up on the relevant material and doing some more problems. I think that careless errors deserve a different study approach.
While worrying about correctly adding two numbers together or interpreting a question accurately may seem a bit infantile (quant section of the general GRE anyone?), fixing this type of mistake should be the easiest way to get a higher score. But when you've got about 2.6 minutes for each problem, double checking every problem seems impossible. The best website I could thus far on the matter is below:
