Best places for algebraic topology

I've been doin my undergrad dissertation on algebraic topology and topological data analysis. I've thoroughly enjoyed the subject and i'm thinking I could research full time on that subject but don't know exactly where its a good idea to go. It doesn't have to be in the USA. Any ideas? I also enjoy category theory and algebra.
