Subject GRE score [shitpost]

Post by poly » Tue Nov 19, 2024 7:34 am

I took the test in November and got a score of 1000 (101th percentile). I worry that my score is too good. The professors at Harvard and MIT might get intimidated by my score, think I'll outshadow them and reject me. Should I retake the test next year to aim for a lower score?

The score is too low, so you should not submit this score and instead give it again especially if you are an international applicant.
Most universities do not even care about the score anyways so you should submit it
GRE Subject math exam actually measures nothing it's a massive waste of time

lol GRE subject math does not measure anything; it just measures how privileged you are. I am literally Euler as my name suggests, and many universities have decided that if you share a score above 500, they will outright reject you. GRE is also racist and sexist https://u.osu.edu/scintrohumanities/202 ... f-the-gre/
