UT Accidental Rejection

So it seems a lot of us got rejected from UT yesterday by GIAC, I emailed the math department to ask how I could improve my application and they responded that I was still on the waitlist, so if you were "rejected" from UT from the waitlist, that might not actually be the case.

Wow, didn't that happen to someone last year too? And then they were eventually accepted? I will baselessly conjecture that this kind of mistake is due to their two-application system. I, being the knuckle-dragging brute that I am, messed up those applications at first.
