advice is needed in topology and Linear Algabra

Can you suggest me a book (english langauge) for topology and Linear Algabra
I preffer a book with solved problems that has less than 200 page
for each of these topics

Here is a really easy book on Topology that I used. It does not have solutions in the book, but it is very easy to follow. Oh, and it's short (150 pages) and small.
