Winter Admissions

Do any of the top 20 schools do winter admissions? That is, is it possible to apply at any of these schools after the December deadline for a chance at admission in the following winter term?

I think University of Maryland does. Keep in mind that at most places, universities will only dole out funding to people who start in the fall semester.
