1. That subject math score will hurt you. Generally, >= 50% is OK MAYBE. >= 60% is OK. >= 70% is GOOD. >= 80% is BEST/PERFECT.

2. It is impossible to tell from just GRE scores, which is just a small part of your overall profile. We need grades, research experience, letters of recommendations, awards, publications, special talents etc.
