Is 1268 more reflective of current GRE difficulty than the other GREs?

ETS claims the content has not changed from the 2001 rescaling but I noticed 0568 and 1268 which come after 2001 are more difficult than 9768, 9367 and 8767.

To those who have taken recent GRE's or have heard about those who have taken, what do you think?
I noticed that this most recent sample test is significantly more difficult than the older sample tests. This is evidenced by the percentages of test takers who got each question correct. There were many more questions on this sample test which around 30% or less got correct. Maybe too many people were getting near-perfect scores, so ETS made a more difficult test in order to better discriminate test-taker performance.

I think so, yes. I thought the test on 9/17 this year was way harder than the previous exams (even the 1268/0568) but especially the pre-2000 ones.
